Be sure to include a money order for this amount with your recertification form. Renewals are processed by Prometric and upon approval, renewed for two years from the date of last employment. New Mexico employment verification form is required for recertification to renew certification. The Renewal Applications can be located online at the New Mexico Nurse Aide Exam website.
